3 Day Family Sailing Charter – Whitsunday Islands
Sailing the Whitsunday Islands on a private charter will become one of your most treasured family experiences. One to be remembered for decades.
Imagine your children’s delight as they swim the crystal clear waters of the Whitsunday Islands on your dream yacht charter, spotting turtles and snorkelling the underwater reefs finding Nemo.
See their faces light up when they sink little toes among the purest white silica sand at the world-famous Whitehaven Beach. And when the day concludes savor a special family moment with nibbles and drinks watching the sun setting over the islands.
As night falls come on board the deck to discover star constellations in the sky above where all you can hear is the ocean lapping gently at the boat.
Sit back and relax as your skipper takes control. Leave your worries on the dock as you set sail on your private charter creating lifelong memories with your family.
Everybodies tummy’s will be full with freshly prepared gourmet meals using locally sourced, seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Delicious continental-style breakfasts and very filling ‘build-your-own’ rolls for lunch plus two different salads (and accompaniments). Your evening dinner is two delicious hearty home-cooked style meals served alongside salads and side dishes.

3 Days & 3 Nights Sailing the Whitsunday Islands
No two trips are the same as we take you from one carefully selected, idyllic island location to the next:
Day 1: Meet your crew at Coral Sea Marina 30 minutes before departure for a headcount. Depart the marina at 3 pm and sail to overnight anchorage and sunset sail.
Day 2: After Breakfast, sail to Tongue Bay for a guided bush walk to Hill Inlet Lookout, a spectacular lookout overlooking Whitehaven Beach.
Back on board to enjoy lunch before heading around to Whitehaven Beach. Enjoy an hour on the beach before setting sail and heading north along the eastern side of Hook Island. Overnight anchor in one of the many bays on Hook Island.
Day 3: After Breakfast, either use the stand-up paddleboards or snorkel over fringing coral reefs.
After lunch, make your way to another beautiful bay for a chance to snorkel, swim, sunbathe, or take a stroll along the beach.
Mid-afternoon set sail for an overnight stop at Hayman Island or Langford Island. Enjoy sunset snacks and a drink and talk about the day before dinner is served. Take a seat on the deck and view the constellations above you before heading to bed.
Day 4: Enjoy a hearty breakfast with a beautiful island landscape around you. Make way to the next bay, and enjoy another swim or snorkel. See the fringing coral reef and the stunning marine life underwater again, or head across to another beach or island to explore. Set sails and make way back to Coral Sea Marina, arriving at 12:00 pm
The above itinerary is an example of a 3-night cruise. All cruises are subject to weather and tidal conditions and the Captain’s professional judgement in putting together the best itinerary to keep guests happy, safe and well. Shorter duration is also available.

How to get to Airlie Beach For Your Whitsundays Holiday
Arrive at Airlie Beach by bus, train, or air.
Fly into Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport with any of the Australian domestic airlines – Virgin, Qantas, and Jetstar. Each has daily flights as well as connecting flights from other destinations.
Our private bus transfer will collect you from the airport and take you to Coral Sea Marina Resort ready for departure.
