Whitsunday Blue 3 Night Island Cruise

   
 

Please note, these Itineraries are examples only, and will differ depending on wind and tides and the professional judgement of the Captain.

Day 1 - Saturday .  Check in at our Office, Shop 1, 4 The Esplanade Airlie Beach.

Check in by latest 12:30pm, however if guests arrive in Airlie Beach earlier they are welcome to check-in.

   
  After check-in, guests are welcome to leave their luggage to take on board in our office, then have some time to explore Airlie Beach, grab a bite to each, enjoy a walk along the beach.  (note: Luggage not being taken on-board can be stored with local luggage providors)

Meet at marina at 2.40pm.  Please note, guests with cars, paid parking is available at the marina, which is just a 1 to 2 minute walk to the meeting area.  Depart the marina at 3:00pm and sail to overnight anchorage. Enjoy sunset nibbles and a drink. Dinner is served around 7.00pm.

   
 
Day 2 (B,L,D) - After breakfast, make way to Tongue Bay for a guided bush walk to the Hill Inlet Lookout.   A spectacular lookout overlooking Whitehaven Beach.  Back on board Whitsunday Blue enjoy lunch before heading around to Whitehaven Beach.  Enjoy an hour at the beach before setting sail and heading north along the eastern side of Hook Island.  Overnight anchor in one of the many bays on Hook Island. 
   
 


Day 3 (B,L,D) - After breakfast enjoy snorkelling and/or an optional Scuba Dive on the Fringing Coral Reefs w
hich extend right from the edge of the islands. These reefs are teeming with marine life and the experience is memorable for the snorkelling novice through to seasoned snorkellers.

Enjoy lunch, before sailing off to another anchorage for a second snorkel, swim or simply relax at the beach. This evening will be spent anchored in Blue Pearl Bay of Hayman Island or in the Langford Reef Area. Both locations offer spectacular sunset photo opportunities as the Whitsunday Blue is silhouetted against the sunset over the water.

   
 
Day 4 (B) - 
After breakfast enjoy a quick snorkel or swim, before setting sail and sail across the Whitsunday Passage arriving back to the marina at around 12:00pm.  

Services end, although guests may like to meet up tonight for a meal at a local restaurant.
   
       
 

Whitsunday Blue 2 Night Island Cruise

   
 

2 Night Cruise departs 3:00pm Tuesday or Thursday. 

Day 1 - Tuesday or Thursday .  Check in at our Office, Shop 1, 4 The Esplanade Airlie Beach.

Meet at Abell Point Marina, south end at 2.40pm.  Please note, guests with cars, paid parking is available at the marina, which is just a 1 to 2 minute walk to the meeting area.  Depart the marina at 3:00pm and sail to overnight anchorage at Tongue Bay. Enjoy sunset nibbles and a drink. Dinner is served around 7.00pm. 

  Day 2 (B,L,D) - After breakfast, go for a guided bush walk to the Hill Inlet Lookout.   A spectacular lookout overlooking Whitehaven Beach.  Back on board Whitsunday Blue enjoy morning tea before setting sail and heading north along the eastern side of Hook Island to Luncheon Bay.  Time for a Snorkel on the fringing coral reefs.  After snorkel, back onboard and Stonehaven Anchorage, and watch the sunset over the water.  Overnight at Stonehaven Anchorage.  Dinner is served around 7.00pm.  
 

Day 3 (B) - After breakfast motor over to Langford Reef.  Time for a quick snorkel or swim, before setting sail and sail across the Whitsunday Passage arriving back to the marina at around 12:00pm.  

Services end, although guests may like to meet up tonight for a meal at a local restaurant.

Our Whitsunday Sailing Tours Include: Service of Captain and Crew, Meals, Snorkelling Equipment,
Wet Suit hire, Linen (please bring Beach Towel), Marine & National Park Fees. The following tours 
also include Local Transfers from Airlie Beach to the Marina and return: Solway Lass, 
Whitsunday Bliss & Day Tours on Southern Cross, Seasprints Whitsunday Bullet and Express. 
Itineraries can change based on weather and sea conditions and guest safety.

Please pack in a small soft bag. Note most vessels have limited storage space. 
No trolley bags can be taken on board.  
  Solway Lass, Prima and Adventurer do not allow bags with zips on board. 
 Large Bags can be stored at our office in Airlie Beach for a small fee. 

 Whitsunday Bliss does allow for larger soft sided bags. NO trolley bags please.

 What to Pack: 
Swimmers, hat, sunglasses, personal toiletries, beach towel, runners or sandals for the island walks.

 Alcohol: Solway Lass has a licenced bar on-board, so no BYO.
Drinks are sold at reasonable prices.  
 All other vessels
guests can BYO Alcohol and store in the esky on board.
