Cruising on World-Famous Whitsunday Island
Small numbers and big deck space means you have plenty of room. The big blue deck cushions offer extra comfort. The shaded canopy is great for those wanting a break from the sun.
Make the most of the water with two paddleboards. Visit all the icons of the Whitsundays and feel like you’re a part of original America’s Cup team.
Are you a family or small group who loves sailing but only have one day? Then Southern Cross’ day trip should suit you.
Sail straight to Hill Inlet Lookout, take in the breathtaking views and then play on Whitehaven Beach and an island reef stop. Southern Cross was truly a racing legend, being built for America’s Cup Yacht.
Today, while Southern Cross still holds the spirit of a racing yacht, considerable modifications have been made to make it comfortable for guests, with features such as a shaded cockpit, comfortable cushioned deck area and downstairs lounge area and guest bathroom.
All meals and snacks are included for the duration of your trip. Our crew freshly prepares each meal for you to enjoy using locally sourced, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Usually served buffet style; you can choose to eat anywhere on board. Meals are a great communal time to get to know your fellow travellers.
Services of skipper and crew, all meals and snacks, tap water, tea and coffee, snorkelling equipment and basic tuition, stinger suit, national and marine park fees and marina levies.
